Of course, you are welcome to just show up for a visit. However, we strongly recommend a reservation to ensure we will be available at the time of your arrival. We spend a lot of our time out on the docks here at Pier 121 Marina on Lake Lewisville.

Please Note: We are on the docks or out on the boats much of the day. With mobile technology we often answer the phone even when out of the office. But sometimes we just can’t get to the phone. Directions to Our Office at Pier 121 Marina:

From I35E:

• Take HY 121 NORTH (Sam Rayburn Tollroad) from Interstate 35E (just South of Lewisville).
• Travel approximately 5 miles. As you approach the town of The Colony, you will cross UNDER a railroad bridge.
• Exit STANDRIDGE Road (next exit).  Turn left at the traffic light (STANDRIDGE Rd).
• Travel about 100  yards to the 4-way Stop Sign.
• Turn LEFT at the stop sign (LAKERIDGE Rd/Memorial Dr).
• Travel approximately 1 mile (second Stop Sign) to East Hill Park Rd. You should see a huge white doppler radar dome almost in front of you.
• Turn RIGHT on East Hill Park Road. Travel another 200 yards thru the Marina entrance.
• Turn Right immediately after “Water Works” & before the “Uncle Gus” showroom.
• Turn Right again at the “T” and continue past the Yellow building (on your right).
• We are in the white, cube-shaped building, out on the docks (upstairs).

From The North Dallas TOLL ROAD (and Hwy 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway):

• Take 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) SOUTH from North Dallas Tollroad.
• Travel approximately 5-6 miles. Continue past the Main Street exit in The Colony.
• Take the STANDRIDGE Road exit (next exit). Turn right at the traffic light (STANDRIDGE Rd).
• Travel about 100 yards to the 4-way Stop Sign.
• Turn LEFT at the stop sign (LAKERIDGE Rd/Memorial Dr).
