Of course, you are welcome to just show up for a visit. However, we strongly recommend a reservation to ensure we will be available at the time of your arrival. We spend a lot of our time out on the docks here at Pier 121 Marina on Lake Lewisville.

Directions to Pier 121 Marina:

From I35E:

Take HY 121 NORTH (Tollroad) from Interstate 35E (just South of Lewisville). Travel approximately 5 miles. As you will approach the town of The Colony, you will cross UNDER a railroad bridge. Continue to the next exit (STANDRIDGE Road).  Turn left at the traffic light (STANDRIDGE Rd). Travel about 100  yards to 4-way Stop Sign. Turn LEFT at the stop sign (LAKERIDGE Rd). Travel approximately 1 mile to the SECOND stop sign (East Hill Park Rd).  Turn RIGHT.  You Should see a huge white Doppler radar dome.  Travel another 200 yards to the Marina entrance. Follow the signs to the marina. Look for the BRIGHT YELLOW building. Continue past the Yellow building (on your right), We are in the cube-shaped building, upstairs, out on the docks, Follow the signs to Sea Lake Yachts.

From The North Dallas TOLL ROAD:

(and Hwy 121): Take Tollroad 121 SOUTH. Travel approximately 5-6 miles. Pass Main Street in The Colony. Continue to the next exit (STANDRIDGE Road).  Turn right at the traffic light (STANDRIDGE Rd).
