Sailboat Reservations

 

Please read the directions below for these calendars.
(You must have a user id & password prior to making reservations)

During Standard Time, reservation time blocks are:
    8:00am through Noon (12:00pm)
    1:00pm through 5:00pm
During Daylight Savings Time, reservation time blocks are:
    7:00am through 11:00am
    Noon (12:00pm) through 4:00pm
    5:00pm through 9:00pm

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE (5/12/05):  
THE BOATS HAVE MOVED -CLOSER!  They are not too far from their recent location.  To find them proceed through the security gate as usual.  Take the FIRST RIGHT.  Then take the THIRD LEFT (H-Dock).

                        To ADD a reservation:
                            Click on the appropriate boat
                            Enter your personal user id & password
                            Click on the date (on the number) on which you wish to reserve the boat
                            Enter your name and contact phone number in the "Event Title" box
                            Choose the Start & End  Date & Times 
                            Make sure the "Show Ending Time" box is checked!!!
                            Click on "Submit" at the top of the page

                        To MODIFY a reservation:
                            Click on the appropriate boat
                            Enter your personal user id & password (if asked).
                            Click ON the reservation (not the date) you wish to modify.
                            Make the modifications.
                            Choose "Update" at the top of the reservations form.

                        To DELETE a reservation:
                            Click on the appropriate boat
                            Enter your personal user id & password (if asked).
                            Click ON the reservation (not the date) you wish to delete.
                            Choose "Delete" at the top of the reservations form.
                            Finally, answer the question.

REMEMBER:
            1)  You are limited to a maximum of 20 hours of scheduled reservations at any one time (honor system).   Time within 24 hours of the current time does not count toward your 20 hour limit!
            2)  Reservations are to be only for specific blocks of time (4 hour blocks).  You will need to pay attention to the times you make your reservations:
